C. Viper hair mod
-Swapped the original's ridiculous hairdo with MK9 Sonya's hair
-Skin based on costume 4, with gown meshed shrinked and materials editted
The ponytail is a little stiff, but nothing can be done until we can add bones to it.

Only 1 color is included, will crashed if pick other color.
